Opening the Velcro on legs was necessary to initial wear but pants fit well. I was out on Lake MI for 8 hours in wet & low 30’s and stayed warm & dry!

I had been going back and forth between two different companies, Comparing reviews and details to decide which company I wanted to invest in for a flotation suit and boy am I glad I went with WindRider!!

I placed my order on Friday 4/5/24 at 4am (I work nights) by Saturday 4/6/24 at 2pm my WindRider gear had arrived on my door step!! I immediately opened the packaging and was highly impressed with the quality materials and the fit of the clothing, I could immediately tell that this outfit is made to stand the test!

The clothing arrived just in time for my first trip on the Detroit river to go jigging for walleye, The morning temp was 31° and windy and the Hayward 3 Season Float Suit was up to the challenge!! Believe me when i tell you I'm not a fan of cold weather and this suit is a game changer!! I was perfectly comfortable all day on the river, The temps that morning slowly got warmer and the removable inner jacket was perfectly comfortably in conjunction with the bibs

Nice suit, it will definitely keep you warm. I actually had to take the coat off in 30 degree weather as I was starting to sweat.
Would have given it 5 stars but:
The zippers in the legs are short, you can't put the bibs on if you already have shoes or boots on.
And, it's made in China and comes from China, don't let the ad fool you.

I was pleased with how warm I stayed in the suit. When ice was forming on the deck of my boat, from throwing the cast net when it was 28 outside. But it did get to warm when the temperature got up to 45. So I just shed the bibs off and just warn the outer layer and was comfortable.

I just got back from offshore fishing Grand Isle Louisiana.
It was windy and cold but the suit was amazing and kept me comfortable. I highly recommend. Also customer service lady was very nice and accommodating.

The Hayward Suit kept me warm and dry in below freezing temperatures. I don't intend on trying out the flotation feature, but knowing this suit could save my life is great piece of mind. This is the best cold weather gear I have ever purchased. Highly recommend!
