Back order

Haven’t received item as of yet, has been on back order for two months. After the initial order I placed a second which included another of the same shirt, as I saw the order being prepared for shipment I wrote back and asked that the back ordered shirt to be included, was told the supervisor needed to approve it which obviously he/she denied. Why send new orders when already paid orders backlog. I wrote numerous times and was always told “we expect a shipment on Friday “, well there have been at least 8 Fridays since. No calls, no message, no apologies from manage. For a small company to stay in business you need to. Get involved. 8 weeks and waiting.
